US Seizes 2 Sanctioned Oil Tankers Linked to Venezuela in the North Atlantic and the Caribbean WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. has seized two sanctioned oil tankers linked to Venezuela in back-to-back actions in the North Atlantic and the Caribbean, officials said Wednesday.
